A multi-tenant HR SaaS provider
Technical lead on a platform spanning payroll, shifts, leave, expenses, and recruitment. Designed and built the full AI layer from scratch - a natural language assistant that queries live data and triggers workflows, growing from zero to 8,000+ real queries a month. Also led the zero-downtime upgrade from Laravel 8 to 13 and PHP 7.3 to 8.5.

Enterprise asset management platform
A national rail operator
An MVP enterprise platform to schedule, plan, and manage infrastructure maintenance - replacing several overlapping legacy systems. Event-driven architecture with change data capture through Kafka, a custom ETL pipeline, and a Laravel/Livewire management portal. Fully containerised and CI/CD-tested end to end.

Salesforce replacement & CRM rebuild
A serviced apartment provider
Built bespoke CRM tooling to replace Salesforce across multiple business workflows. Improved invoice OCR accuracy, replaced legacy queue workers with Laravel-based services, and performed a full platform-wide Vue 2 to Vue 3 migration. Also built a natural language AI property and location search.
